Philosophy
My expertise is in helping people change how they feel or behave using evidence-based therapy and guidance.
I focus on building a trusting relationship in which you feel open to discuss and work on whatever aspects of your life that you are hoping to change. People tell me they quickly feel at ease talking with me.
Together we assess what feelings, thoughts or behaviors you would like to change or feel differently about or how you would like a relationship to be different. We make goals together to guide this process.
I then guide you on how to make these changes, sustain them, and assess when you have attained them.
